Shuttle Reservation

Shuttle transportation between Denver International Airport (DIA) and Stanley Hotel has been negotiated with Estes Park Shuttle. Conference participants should book shuttle transportation through Estes Park Shuttle on their own, but FEM2012 is going to pay for it.

Shuttle trip DIA-Stanley (or Stanley-DIA) takes about 1h 40', but to be safe, please plan on 2 hours.

There are two ways to reserve a shuttle:
  1. Booking by phone - Call the company directly at (970) 586-5151 (calling from outside US: 011-1-970-586-5151) and mention the group/discount code FEM2012
  2. Booking online - Go to www.estesparkshuttle.com, and click on the link "Book Online".
    • Choose "Round Trip: DIA to Estes Park area" and click "continue"
    • CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
      Enter your name, contact info, and flight info
    • ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
      enter your flight info and choose shuttle pickup time;
      for drop-off location, choose "Estes Park: Hotels/Lodges" and in the box under that, "Estes Park: The Stanley Hotel"
    • DEPARTURE INFORMATION:
      enter your flight info and choose the shuttle time; for pick-up location, choose "Estes Park: Hotels/Lodges" and in the box under that, "Estes Park: The Stanley Hotel"
    • PAYMENT INFORMATION:
      Use discount code FEM2012, and choose "cash" as payment type. You will not be expected to pay; FEM2012 will pay for the total transportation cost for all registered conference participants, as well as for any guests that purchased additional shuttle transportation through conference registration.
