We have designed and evaluated MAC protocols for high speed networks, and developed performance model for several standard network protocols. Please see list of publications for details. Examples include the following.
A performance model has been developed to predict the throughput and delay characteristics of different priority classes of FDDI Timed Token Protocol. A proposal has been presented to the ANSI X3T12 Standards Committee for FFOL (FDDI Follow-On LAN).
